Fees

Flat Rate: Full Day/Half Day

I charge a flat rate per day or half a day. The rate includes preparation time, unlimited time for a full day mediation, up to four hours for half day mediation, and reasonable follow-up time. Rates may vary depending on the number of parties, location, and complexity of the case. Should you have any questions, please write to: mark@weidmannmediation.com

Deposit The full mediation fee must be paid prior to the date of the mediation. The full fee will be refunded if the mediation is canceled in writing at least thirty days before the scheduled date. The fee is subject to forfeiture if cancelation or postponement occurs fewer than thirty days in advance, unless another case can be scheduled to replace the reserved date.
